Get Ready Golf I (GRG) Is a PGA sponsored program that debuted in 2009 and was met with much fanfare and praise from its participants. GRG II Is a NEW adults program for 2011 for students that have graduated from the GRG level I school or are an intermediate level golfer. This program will help you develop more advanced golf skills and will have 3 hours of on course experience with a PGA professional. Contests will also be associated with this program and prizes awarded. The cost is $125 per person.

GRG III Is also a NEW adults program for 2011 for students that have graduated from the GRG level II program and seek more on course golfing knowledge. The entire course will be taught on the golf course. The emphasis will be on shot making/shaping, mental aspect of golf, specialty shots, and course management. Contests will be held to test the players skills and prizes will be awarded. The cost is $150 per person.

GRG Golf Tournament: A GRG tournament will be held this year for any GRG level I, II, or III participant. Details to be announce on this website later this year.

What: 2 hours per session over 3 consecutive weeks

Adults GRG II

  • Fridays, May 6, 13, 20; 5:30-7:30pm
  • Sundays, August 14, 21, 28; 4:00-6:00pm

Adults GRG III

  • Fridays, August 5, 12, 19; 5:15-7:15pm
  • Sundays, September 4, 11, 18; 4:00-6:00pm

Note:

  • Club fee must be paid before the start of the first week

Program Details:

  • Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the scheduled meeting time
  • All instruction will take place at the nine hole/driving range.
  • Minimum of 3 golfers needed to hold event. Maximum of 8.
  • Equipment: Golfers should bring their own clubs. Equipment will be provided if necessary free of charge.
  • Dress Code: Golf shoes or sneakers, NO open toed shoes or heels. Comfortable golf shorts, skorts, pants, and golf shirts.
  • Supplies: Hat, sunscreen, bottled water, band aids, balls, and tees in golf bag
  • First sign-up, first served—space is limited
  • Rain date scheduled at the discretion of the instructor
